Information you provide

• Your email address and authentication details, handled by Supabase Auth.
• Trips, itinerary items, saved places, imports, preferences, interests, and collaboration invitations.
• Dream Japan progress, choices, and keepsakes when you use those signed-in features.

Measurement and error visibility

Public landing and onsen-journey measurement uses fixed event names such as journey start, scene view, completion, and broad error category. These events contain no account ID, cookie, email, free text, URL, error message, or stack trace. They are written to first-party server logs so we can count aggregate use and detect broad failures.

Services and public data sources

Supabase provides authentication and database storage. TabiBoard also requests travel information from services such as OpenStreetMap, Wikimedia, Open-Meteo, routing providers, official Japanese open-data sources, and YouTube when you choose to play or import a source. Those providers receive ordinary network information, including your IP address, under their own policies. Generated journey scenes are clearly labeled and are not presented as real venues.

Your controls

Signed-in users can download a JSON copy of their account data or permanently delete their account from Account settings. Deletion removes the live account and owned planning data; saved cards attached to shared trips may disappear from those trips. Infrastructure providers may retain limited security logs or backups under their operational schedules.

TabiBoard does not yet publish a staffed support inbox. The current, honest support status is listed on Account help. Material changes to this notice will be dated here before broader public promotion.
